Run your onboardings from ChatGPT
Connect ClientOnboarding.ai to ChatGPT and ask about your live client rollouts in plain language. It reads your own workspace only, after you sign in and approve the connection.
How to connect

Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT
Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced. Custom connectors need a paid plan.

Add the connector
Create a connector named ClientOnboarding.ai using https://clientonboarding.ai/mcp, with OAuth.

Sign in and approve
Use the same account you use here, then approve the permission screen.

Ask away
Turn the connector on in a new chat. Disconnect any time to end access.
Claude works the same way. You need an account here to connect — create one free.
Things you can ask
- “What needs my attention today?”
- “Give me a rundown of every open onboarding.”
- “Who's holding things up at Northwind?”
- “What information am I still waiting on from clients?”
- “What got done last week and what's due next week?”
- “Start an onboarding for Acme, go live Nov 3 — here are my notes.”
What it can do
- Read your clients, projects, steps, owners and due dates
- Read the answers your clients sent you
- Add a new client company
- Create a draft onboarding plan for you to review in the app
What it can never do
- Launch a plan or make anything live
- Send a client link or email anyone
- Mark work complete on anyone's behalf
- Rename, archive or delete a client, project or task
- See another workspace — it only ever sees yours
